Resort Fee - A mandatory $45 taxable Resort Fee is charged per night per room.

ALL GUESTS MUST BRING WITH THEM THE CREDIT CARD USED FOR THE DEPOSIT TAKEN. THE CARD USED FOR THE DEPOSIT MUST BELONG TO A GUEST THAT WILL BE STAYING.

Overnight Stay Deposits: A deposit equivalent to the first night’s stay with all applicable taxes and resort fee is charged to the credit card provided at the time of reservation. The card used for the deposit must be presented upon check in.

Overnight Stay Cancellations: Cancellations require a full 14-day notice to qualify for a refund of your total deposit amount less a processing fee of $30. A cancellation within 1 to 14 days prior to your visit will forfeit 50% of your deposit. A cancellation within 24 hours prior to your visit will forfeit your total deposit. No-shows will forfeit the entire deposit. You may reschedule your overnight reservation 1 time without any penalties at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled arrival. Your dates of reschedule will be reserved at the listed rate for your new dates.

Management may change or alter accommodation type as originally reserved based on mechanical or operational concerns. Rates are based on double occupancy and an additional charge per person applies. Rates are based upon availability and are subject to change at any time. Listed starting rates are based on double occupancy. 2 night minimum stay required for most weekends and some peak dates.

Should you reserve an accessible accommodation online, an accessible labeled unit will automatically be pre-assigned for you, however your specific need(s) in this automatically pre-assigned unit may not be met. For this reason, we urge you to contact our reservations department directly to discuss your specific needs and we can assign you with an accommodation that best meets your needs.

Spa Service $1 Deposit: When reserving spa services or wellness classes online, the system will charge $1 per completed order to ensure a valid credit card is connected to the spa or wellness class reservation. Any collected payments will go towards your balance.

Spa Service Cancellations: Cancellations or changes require a full 48 hours notification to avoid charges. Cancellations or changes 48 hours to 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time of your service will result in a 50% charge. Cancellations or changes made 24 hours or less to the scheduled start time of your service will result in a full charge. No shows are charged in full regardless of appearance. Should you arrive late to your scheduled appointment time, your service will end at the scheduled time so as not to delay the next guest and the service charged in full.

Service Charges- A mandatory 20% service charge is added to all spa services and food and beverage purchases.

Sundara is Exclusive to Our Registered Guests- Sundara is exclusive to our guests retreating for an overnight getaway, escaping for the day with reserved spa services, or for our members utilizing an amenities pass. Sundara is unable to offer any day access or passes. Only registered guests are permitted to be on premises. At the time of reservation, you will be asked for each guest’s first and last name. Each guest is required to register at the front desk and provide photo ID and credit card issued in their name.

Advanced Reservations- Advanced reservations are strongly recommended for all aspects of your Sundara experience so you may enjoy all you are seeking. We are delighted to assist in the scheduling of the details of your time with us so that you may relax from the moment you arrive. This includes our highly enjoyed and sought after spa services.

Swimwear, Valuables and Lost and Found- Sundara is not responsible for stolen, lost or damaged personal items, including jewelry, money, bathing suits, vehicles, luggage or valuables of any kind. It is best to leave valuables at home. Please note that per state codes, our pools are chlorinated. Chlorine may bleach, fade or damage swimwear or certain jewelry. Please check the tag on your swimwear to verify that it may be worn in chlorine. Please note that lockers are cleared each evening with any items left behind placed in lost and found. If spending multiple days with us, please see an attendant each day for a newly assigned locker.

Smoking and Vaping, Candles and Open Flame- Sundara is non-smoking on all 80-acres, including balconies and patios. This policy applies to all forms of smoking, included but not limited to cigarettes, cigars, pipes, vaporizer, electronic cigarettes and marijuana. Any violation of this policy will result in a $500 charge, the remaining balance of the stay and spa services to be paid in full and eviction from Sundara’s property. Use of candles and any open flames in guest accommodations, including balconies and verandas, is prohibited.

Forms of Payment- Sundara accepts all major credit cards and Sundara and Wilderness Resort Gift Cards. We do not accept virtual payments or third party gift cards such as SpaFinder or SpaWeek.

Stayover Service- It is our pleasure to refresh your accommodations during your stay so that each night is as refreshing as the first. At check in, a front desk associate will review your desire for stayover service with you. Should you wish to have stayover service, this will occur each day of your stay between 9:30am and 4pm. If at any time you need any items replenished or refreshed or left something needed at home, please contact guest services and our housekeeping team would be delighted to deliver any needed stocked convenience items throughout your stay. Stayover service for the Villa Suite and Lifestyle Villa are an additional daily charge.
